Business Need

Trainers at The VISA University deliver numerous interpersonal skills training programmes and recognised the need to upskill their training team and business leaders with the knowledge of the DISC model of human behaviour to embed into these existing interpersonal skills training programmes and to support the learners who attend courses via the VISA University.

Solution

  • Virtual Training: To support delegates attending from different time zones, an online interactive workshop was delivered. Equipping each participant with the tools and knowledge to understand the DISC model of human behaviour into their training delivery to meet different learning styles by appreciating and valuing individual learning differences.
  • The Psychology of Motivation and Behaviour: DISC is the universal language of behaviour and part of the training included the able/motivated matrix which supports the identification of skills gaps and develop top performers. By sharing this model, we covered the psychology of motivation and behaviour of teams and individuals.
  • We provided a multi layered learning experience : including workbooks, handouts, case studies and interactive activities which were specifically designed for this training. An Individual DISC Profile was created for each delegate.
