Sharon Lawton
Head of Coach Education, Coach & DISC Master Trainer
Sharon is an award-winning ILM Level 7 & ICF credentialed senior coach, NLP practitioner and DISC Master Trainer. She's Head of Training and Development and leads the core training team at The Coaching Academy.
Sharon coaches and trains across the corporate and public sectors, using DISC and the DISC behaviour model with every client she works with. Since 2009 she's developed a reputation as a coach, DISC practitioner and trainer — profiling hundreds of people and working with small, medium and large organisations.
As a DISC Master Trainer, she brings an interactive style that leaves rooms with numerous "lightbulb" moments. Sharon works closely with clients to help leaders build, maintain and motivate high-performing teams — developing the self-awareness and emotional intelligence to become true communicators and coaching leaders.

Rachel Russell

Rachel is a trainer, facilitator and ICF-accredited coach dedicated to helping business leaders, teams and individuals embed an inclusive coaching culture, boost performance and achieve success through transformational training.
With 20 years of business experience, Rachel has led multi-million-pound stakeholder relationships, driven change, and spearheaded leadership, marketing and business development initiatives. She's worked across industries including insurance, banking, professional services and high-end retail, with clients such as Burberry, Chanel, NatWest and Santander.
She holds a BA Hons in Business Studies and multiple coaching accreditations, and delivers CPD-accredited training that combines coaching expertise with real-world commercial experience.

Krush is an accomplished corporate coach, psychologist (MSc) and DISC expert with over 15 years of experience in leadership development — including roles at Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Citi Bank and L'Oréal.
Drawing on her diverse career and business psychology background, she empowers leaders, individuals and teams to deliver results in communication, team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, career development and goal attainment. Her expertise spans feedback culture, career growth and strategic goal-setting.

Dave is a DISC Master Trainer with over 25 years of expertise — recognised as a DISC Master Trainer since 1993, with a global footprint across the UK, USA, Europe and Asia.
He's trained thousands of managers, leaders and coaches in DISC behavioural profiling, and brings a combination of depth, humour and practical application that makes the model come alive in a workshop setting.
Kristi Adams
Senior Leadership Coach
Kristi is a CPD-accredited, PCC-credentialed ICF coach specialising in healthcare leadership, NHS Leadership for Personalised Care, and values-based coaching.
Her coaching practice is grounded in the public sector, with particular depth in healthcare, and she brings that values-led, human-centred lens into the corporate work she does with us.
