High Performance Teams Training

A one-day DISC-based workshop for intact teams that need to work together better. Every team member gets their own personality profile, then we bring the team into a room to work through what that means for how you actually operate.

The easiest place to start. One day, one room, a clear outcome and a tangible team report your leadership can act on. Many of our clients use it as their first piece of work with us before scaling into wider leadership programmes.

Different from our coaching programmes. Leader as a Coach teaches leadership skills to individuals. This teaches an entire team how to understand each other and act on what they learn.

Common triggers we see: a new team, a merger, leadership conflict, restructure, poor communication, low trust or a strategic reset.

Typical group size: 6–20 people. For larger teams we split into cohorts and re-combine for the action-planning phase.

We stand at the forefront of DISC profiling in the UK. Every team member completes a DISC assessment before the day, and on the day we use that insight to unpack how the team actually works together.

  • Every delegate receives a personalised DISC profile covering their work style, communication preferences and blind spots
  • A comprehensive Team Culture & Dynamics Report pulling everyone's profiles into one picture of how the team operates
  • A full-day facilitated workshop (interactive, practical, honest) that translates the insight into how you communicate, decide and conflict
  • Clear action plans for the team and for individuals, with follow-up support available
